PRIVACY POLICY / WEBSITE INQUIRIES
How EverBen Handles Contact and Project Information Sent through this Website
This notice describes the current website inquiry flow that was reviewed on 15 August 2026. It focuses on information a visitor submits, technical records used to route and protect the form, and the available privacy contact.
It does not claim that every jurisdiction gives the same rights or that unknown hosting and email-service practices have been independently audited.
01 / scope and operator
This notice covers the EverBen website inquiry route
Who this notice identifies
EverBen operates this B2B product website and can be contacted for website privacy questions at marketing@rainwear-manufacturers.com or by telephone and WhatsApp at +86 138 3312 4686. The site currently presents EverBen as a manufacturer plus sourcing-integration partner.
What the notice covers
It covers information entered into the website quote or inquiry form, its page and CTA context, anti-abuse routing records and the onward email-delivery flow visible in the current site code. A separate contract, purchase order, employment process, supplier account or third-party service may require its own notice and terms.
What the notice does not establish
This page is an operational description, not legal advice and not a statement that one law applies to every visitor. Applicable rights and obligations can depend on the individual, transaction, EverBen entity involved, location and purpose. Contact EverBen if a project needs a jurisdiction-specific answer before personal information is supplied.
02 / information collected
The form collects contact identity, company and manufacturing-project context

Information you type
The form asks for name, company, business email, optional phone or WhatsApp, product or category, estimated quantity, destination country and project details. The details field may contain specifications, intended use, materials, dimensions, artwork direction, packing needs, timing or other information the sender chooses to include.
Context added by the page
The form also carries a page group, originating page URL, CTA intent, product-interest context and a generated inquiry identifier. These fields help route the message to the rainwear, towel or general and mixed-category address and let the recipient understand which page and action led to the inquiry.
Technical anti-abuse records
The receiving script derives a SHA-256 value from the requesting IP address for rate limiting and keeps request timestamps in a server temporary record used for a rolling 15-minute check. It also records delivery audit events containing UTC time, inquiry identifier, route, channel and status; that audit record does not include the message body.
Information not requested
The website form does not ask for payment-card information, account passwords, government identifiers, medical information or unrelated personal records. Do not place such information in project details. Share artwork, identities and third-party data only when authorized and necessary for the B2B inquiry.
03 / purposes
Information is used to receive, route, answer and protect the inquiry process
Project screening and response
Contact and project information is used to identify the sender, understand the requested product, screen category fit, ask clarifying questions, prepare a quotation or sample path and continue requested B2B communication. Information may also support change, quality, packing, shipment or corrective discussions when the sender links it to an existing project.
Routing and delivery
The page group, source and inquiry identifier route the message to the configured EverBen contact address and help separate messages from different product groups. Delivery-channel and status records help diagnose whether the mail service accepted or rejected the request without placing full inquiry content in the short audit event.
Security and abuse prevention
Field validation, hidden anti-bot fields, request limits and delivery-status checks are used to reduce automated spam, malformed submissions and duplicate abuse. These controls are not a guarantee against every security event. Visitors should send only the information necessary for a business response.
04 / legal context
The reason for processing must match the relationship and applicable law
Depending on the visitor and project, handling may be necessary to respond to steps requested before a contract, perform or manage a business relationship, pursue a legitimate interest in answering and securing B2B inquiries, comply with law, or act on consent where consent is required. This page does not select one universal lawful basis for every country or later use.
If EverBen wishes to use contact information for a materially different purpose, the purpose, applicable legal basis and any required choice should be evaluated before that use. A visitor may ask which basis is being applied to their situation by using the privacy contact below.
05 / recipients and international routing
Inquiry information moves through the people and services needed to answer it
EverBen project recipients
The configured route sends rainwear inquiries to the rainwear address, towel inquiries to the towel address, and other or mixed-category inquiries to marketing@rainwear-manufacturers.com. Relevant project, production, sourcing, quality, packing or commercial personnel may need the parts of the brief required for their work.
Hosting and email delivery providers
The same-origin receiver uses configured email-delivery services and may fall back between providers or server mail when a prior channel does not confirm acceptance. Those providers process the contact and project fields needed to deliver the message. Their infrastructure may operate in jurisdictions different from the visitor.
Project suppliers and professional recipients
When a requested product requires a relevant production or sourcing route, necessary technical information may be shared with approved production resources or service providers for feasibility, sampling, testing, inspection, packing or logistics. Personal contact data should be limited to what that recipient needs. Disclosure may also occur when required by applicable law or a valid authority.
This site review did not establish a complete list of provider locations, sub-processors or transfer safeguards. A visitor who needs specific international-transfer information should request it before sending restricted personal information.
06 / retention
No unsupported universal retention period is promised
Inquiry and related project information may need to be kept while the request is evaluated, while a business relationship or dispute is active, and for a period needed for quotation history, approvals, quality traceability, legal obligations, security or record management. The appropriate period depends on the information and project.
The delivery-audit code deletes audit files older than seven days when a new audit event triggers cleanup. The rolling rate-limit check filters timestamps older than 15 minutes when it runs. These narrow technical rules do not define how long received email, project correspondence, hosting logs or backups are retained. A retention question or deletion request can be sent to the privacy contact for case-specific review.
07 / cookies, browser storage and links
The reviewed new-page template does not itself set advertising or analytics cookies
Current page code
The reviewed template uses normal page scripts to open the inquiry dialog, set the source page and send the form. No instruction to set document cookies, local storage or session storage was found in those loaded scripts. The page does not depend on a visitor creating an account.
Server and network records
Even without a page-set cookie, a web host, security layer or network service may process ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser or error data. This local code review did not establish every hosting-layer log or its retention.
External destinations
Email, telephone and WhatsApp links leave the website or open another application. Those providers control their own services and privacy practices. Review their notices before using them. Product and reference links on the site may also lead to pages with different code or policies.
Future changes
If non-essential analytics, advertising cookies or materially different tracking are added, the site should update this notice and provide any notice or consent mechanism required for the visitor. The effective date helps visitors identify when this description was last revised.
08 / security choices
Use the form for ordinary B2B information, not high-risk secrets
EverBen uses validation, honeypot fields, rate limits, route checks, redacted client-side error evidence and controlled recipients in the reviewed inquiry flow. No internet or email system can be promised completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers or irreplaceable confidential originals through the ordinary website form.
For sensitive specifications, pricing, contracts or intellectual property, first ask which file-transfer, confidentiality and access-control route is appropriate. Verify unexpected changes to contact identity, payment details or file-sharing instructions through a known published channel.
09 / access, correction and other requests
Ask EverBen to review your information and the rights available in your situation
How to make a request
Email marketing@rainwear-manufacturers.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Identify the email address, inquiry identifier or project reference involved and describe the requested access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal or copy. Do not send extra identity documents unless EverBen explains why they are needed.
Verification and limits
EverBen may need enough information to verify the requester and locate the record without disclosing someone else’s information. A request may be limited or handled differently where law, contract, legal claims, security, fraud prevention, another person’s rights or required business records apply. The response should explain the applicable outcome rather than promise automatic deletion.
Questions and complaints
Raise a concern with EverBen through the privacy email first so the relevant facts can be reviewed. Depending on where a person is located and which law applies, they may also have a right to contact a competent data-protection or consumer authority. This page does not name one authority for every visitor.
10 / updates
Effective date: 15 August 2026
The policy may be updated when the website form, providers, purposes, legal requirements or business processes change. A materially changed notice should be published with a new effective date and, where required, brought to affected people’s attention. Earlier project records remain subject to the facts and commitments that applied when they were collected.
Official transparency principles used during drafting include the UK Information Commissioner’s privacy-information guidance, EU GDPR Article 13, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, and FTC data-security guidance. These references do not mean that every rule applies to every inquiry.
